How does a DinkLow Auction work?
Each valid bid has the disclosed entry fee. At closing, the lowest bid amount used by exactly one participant is the winning bid. The winner then has a limited time to pay the winning amount for the product.
Can other users see my bid?
Active bid amounts are not intentionally disclosed to competing participants while an Auction is live. Completed results can show verified bid amounts with participant information masked.
How does a Drop work?
The displayed price falls according to server-controlled timing. A valid claim reserves the purchase opportunity at the server-confirmed price, subject to the event payment deadline.
When is a payment considered successful?
DinkLow treats a payment as successful only after the server verifies the provider status. A payment prompt or debit notification alone is not final confirmation.
How do delivery and returns work?
Delivery estimates depend on the order and address. Returns, refunds and warranty handling depend on the issue, product information, event rules and applicable law.
Where can I see my activity?
Your account contains orders, addresses, security sessions and related account activity. Saved products and notifications have their own pages.
