1. Scope
This Privacy Notice explains how DinkLow handles personal information when you use the website, account features, Auctions, Drops, Shop, payments, product credits, delivery, notifications, and support.
2. Information we handle
- Account data such as name, email address, account status, and authentication/security records.
- Delivery and contact data such as recipient name, phone number, city, sub-city, street, landmark, and default-address preference.
- Transaction data such as orders, bid amounts, entry fees, claims, product credits, refunds, payment references, provider status, timestamps, and delivery status.
- Event data such as Auction participation, verified bid history, winner or runner-up status, Drop registration and claim records, event rule versions, and result certificates.
- Technical and security data such as sessions, timestamps, IP-derived security controls, request identifiers, audit logs, device or browser signals used by enabled security systems, and error diagnostics.
- Support and communication data you send to DinkLow, together with notification preferences and delivery status for enabled communication channels.
3. Why we use information
- Create and secure accounts, authenticate sessions, and prevent unauthorized access.
- Operate Auctions, Drops, Shop orders, product credits, inventory reservations, payments, refunds, delivery, and customer support.
- Verify fairness, calculate results, investigate abuse, enforce limits, preserve audit trails, and resolve disputes.
- Send transactional and security notifications and, where chosen or otherwise legally permitted, optional communications.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the reliability and safety of DinkLow.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, fraud-prevention, and lawful authority requirements.
4. Payments
DinkLow sends the information necessary to enabled payment providers to initiate and verify transactions. DinkLow stores its own payment references, amounts, purposes, verification status, and related audit metadata. Payment providers may independently process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
Do not send full payment credentials, passwords, PINs, or authenticator codes to DinkLow support unless a secure product flow explicitly requests information that is necessary for the transaction.
5. Public event results
While an Auction is live, DinkLow does not intentionally publish competing users’ bid amounts. After an Auction closes, DinkLow may publish verified bid amounts, aggregate counts, the winning amount, and masked participant or winner information to support transparency.
Public result interfaces are designed to mask contact information. Full account and contact records remain restricted to authorized operational, support, security, audit, and legal uses.
7. Retention
DinkLow retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate operational, security, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, and legal obligations. Different records can have different retention periods.
Deleting or closing an account does not automatically delete transaction, audit, result, payment, refund, fraud, or legal records that DinkLow must or is permitted to keep.
8. Security
DinkLow uses access controls, authenticated sessions, administrative permissions, audit logs, encryption for designated sensitive fields, payment verification, and other technical or organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
You should use a strong password, keep one-time codes private, sign out of devices you no longer control, and contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Your choices and requests
Where the product provides controls, you can update profile information, delivery addresses, notification preferences, and active sessions. You may contact DinkLow support to request available access, correction, objection, deletion, account closure, or other privacy actions under applicable law.
Some requests may require identity verification, and some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required or reasonably necessary for transaction integrity, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal obligations.
10. Minors
DinkLow paid participation is intended for adults who meet the eligibility requirements in the Terms. DinkLow does not knowingly offer paid Auction or Drop participation to children.
11. Changes and contact
DinkLow may update this Privacy Notice as the service or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date are published on this page. Privacy questions or requests should be sent through DinkLow’s official support channel shown in the platform.
